Expansion plans announced
Dan & Michelle Bailey, founders of eBailey Inc., announces the acquisition of La Casa De Los Ponces and all property contained within as of April 11, 2006. This move positions eBailey Inc. as a growing presence on W. 13th, closer to the company founding location. It will be the second location in Davenport, IA. Debris removal is currently underway with completion expected yet this week. The deal is expected to close May 11, 2006.

Ok, I need to wrap my mind around this. You bought the Rafa's house? Are you planning on living there? Renting it out? Renting out or selling your current place? Are you guys positioning yourselves as Dtown land barons? So I imagine there will be a lot of work in cleaning that place up. Is the Bailey Empire going to own the whole block eventually? I've got lots of questions about this.
Oh, and I am assuming you used Countrywide as your mortgage place.
I've got a great Countrywide reference if you're interested.
The plan is to fix it up and move into it, hopefully by this fall. We will then sell our current house once its all done.
YOu know i've heard nothing but good things about them. Now if they would just answer the phone..
